Meet the Builder

Craftsmanship Meets Innovation

Anna and Zoltan David met at Texas State University after Zoltan completed his service in the Navy and went on to study Construction Science. From the beginning, they shared the same pull toward building — a respect for craftsmanship, thoughtful architecture, and the kind of homes meant to last.

After graduation, Zoltan joined one of Austin’s most respected custom builders, becoming the company’s youngest project manager. There he developed the disciplined approach to sequencing, structure, and problem-solving that still guides his work today.

At the same time, Anna immersed herself in remodeling and design, developing a strong eye for materials, proportion, and how homes truly feel to live in.

Nine years ago, they chose to build their life in Chattanooga. In the mountains, their work evolved away from the sharp, extreme modernism common in Texas and toward homes that feel grounded in their surroundings — thoughtful siting, natural materials, and architecture that belongs to the landscape, including their own barn home on Signal Mountain.

Zoltan leads construction from early site planning through the final details, bringing steady oversight and craftsmanship to every stage of the build.

Anna guides the client experience, ensuring the process remains organized, clear, and thoughtful from first conversation to move-in day.

Together, they build homes meant to endure — grounded in place, carefully constructed, and designed to be lived in for generations.
